The Common Core State Standards have been making headlines lately, so we wanted to share accurate and timely information about the need to raise the bar in the classroom. We're excited to have our state's strategy based on educators training their peers. TSBA encourages all public school leaders to actively build awareness and support for the Common Core State Standards in your communities by writing articles and submitting to your local papers, talking to civic groups and doing interviews on talk radio or cable access.
