The School Health Index.  The CDC's School Health Index is an awesome tool that we use in each school to determine our strengths and weaknesses in school health.  After taking the School Health Index each school will have the information they need to create a plan of actin and implement strategies that will improve student, staff, and community health; as will as improve academic performance for Warren County Schools.

The American School Health Association website. The mission of the American School Health Association is to transform all schools into places where every student learns and thrives. The American School Health Association envisions healthy students who learn and achieve in safe and healthy environments nurtured by caring adults functioning within coordinated school and community support systems. The Association is a multidisciplinary organization of administrators, counselors, dietitians, nutritionists, health educators, physical educators, psychologists, school health coordinators, school nurses, school physicians, and social workers.

The Office of Disease Prevention & Health Promotion website.  The Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (ODPHP) plays a vital role in keeping the Nation healthy. We accomplish this by setting national health goals and objectives and supporting programs, services, and education activities that improve the health of all Americans. We’re part of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services under the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health.
