OWNER: Warren County Finance Department, on behalf of Warren County Schools, McMinnville, Tennessee
Sealed bids for the West Elementary Gymnasium Renovation, Warren County, Tennessee will be received by Justin Cotten, Finance Director at his office located at 201 Locust Street, Suite 2, McMinnville, TN 37110 until 3:00 PM Central Time, Thursday, April 16th, 2026 and at this time all bids will be opened and read aloud.

Prospective Bidders / Contractors may obtain electronic access to the Bid Documents upon request from the Architect, at 362 Industrial Blvd., Crossville, TN 38555; phone (931) 484-7541. Addenda will only be issued to Bidders / General Contractors who have registered with the Architect and / or attended the Pre-Bid Conference.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at on Wednesday, April 8th, 2026, beginning at 1:30 PM Central at West Elementary School, 400 Clark Blvd., McMinnville, TN 37110. Meet at the public entrance on the east side of the building, adjacent to the circle drive off Clark Boulevard. General Contractor bidders should plan to have a representative present. Attendance is not mandatory but is strongly encouraged.
Each bid must be accompanied by a bidder's bond executed by the bidder and a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Tennessee, for the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount bid. In-lieu-of a bid bond a cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the bid amount, made payable to the Owner, will be accepted. The successful bidder will be required to execute a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the contract price, or other security such as letter of credit as described in Tennessee Code Annotated 12-4-201. Bonds must be accompanied by Power of Attorney.
