LEGAL NOTICE

Warren County Government and Board of Education invites all qualified, licensed organizations that can supply all its Property and Excess Casualty insurance coverages. As part of the self-insured arrangement, Warren County procures Re-insurance to protect County liability.  All vendors must demonstrate integrated and seamless TPA and Broker administration between offerings.  RFP specifications must be strictly followed.  The RFP specifications will be released at 8:00 AM CST, May 1^st, 2023 on behalf of the Warren County Government and Board of Education. All qualified parties must send an email to Questions@esptn.com after the release time (8:00AM CST, May 1^st, 2023) to request the RFP documents.  No requests will be acknowledged before the aforementioned release time. The winning vendor will be supplying coverage for the 2023-2024 policy year.

Sealed proposals must be received NO LATER THAN 12:00 pm CDT on June 15^th, 2023 at the County’s administration building, 201 Locust St., Ste 2, McMinnville, TN  37110.  Proposals received after such time will be rejected.  The effective date for all lines of coverage will be July 1, 2023.  For all questions regarding the RFP process, please submit in writing to Questions@esptn.com after the RFP has been released. No questions about this RFP will be answered before the RFP release.

Warren County Government and Board of Education reserves the right to accept the lowest or best bid as well as reject any and all bids.
